Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. recently announced that the majority of their restaurants will now accept payments in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The company has an established presence in countries like the U.S., U.K., Canada, Germany, and France.

Methods of Payment

Chipotle has partnered with Flexa in order to make payments simple, fast, and available nation-wide. Flexa was founded in 2018 in order to provide merchants and developers with simple payment integrations for Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The company’s mission is to make payments seamless, efficient, and more accessible to people all around the world.

Customers may now buy bowls, burritos, tacos, salads, or anything else from Chipotle’s menu with any Flexa-enabled app like:

Users will be able to pay seamlessly by scanning their app at the register.

Along with this announcement, Chipotle is offering a 10% discount for any customer’s next visit to a Chipotle restaurant. This current offer is valid until June 30th, 2022 and is subject to change at Chipotle’s discretion.
