Bitwise, a digital asset manager, has launched an advertisement campaign to promote its proposed spot Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF), pending approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The advertisement features a straightforward presentation of Bitcoin with Jonathan Goldsmith, known for portraying 'The Most Interesting Man in the World' in Dos Equis beer commercials.

Starting in 2006, his character, a sophisticated and worldly gentleman, became famous for the catchphrase, 'I don't always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Dos Equis.' This role significantly boosted the Dos Equis brand's profile.

In the Bitwise commercial, he mentions 'you know what's interesting these days? Bitcoin,' and adds at the end, 'look for Bitwise, my friends.'

This Bitwise commercial has been released at a time when the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is evaluating several applications for spot Bitcoin ETFs.

Bitwise, among other financial firms, is involved in the push for establishing a spot Bitcoin ETF, which would link the traditional financial sector with the Bitcoin market.
