B HODL Plc purchased one Bitcoin after completing its second at-the-market equity offering, bringing the company’s total Bitcoin holdings to 167.487 Bitcoin.

The UK-listed company said on September 3rd that it sold 600,000 ordinary shares through the offering at an average price of 8.06 pence per share, generating gross proceeds of £48,275.

B HODL purchased the Bitcoin at an average price of £57,680.15, equivalent to approximately $77,772 at the time of the transaction. 

The company stated that the purchase was funded through proceeds from the share offering and its previously announced Capital Deployment Programme.

Following the transaction, B HODL reported an aggregate Bitcoin cost basis of approximately £13.68 million and an average purchase price of £81,673, or about $110,129, per Bitcoin.

The company also reported 120.16 satoshis of Bitcoin per outstanding share, compared with 117.77 satoshis per share as of April 30th.

B HODL simultaneously announced a third at-the-market equity offering that would allow it to issue up to an additional 600,000 ordinary shares through Canaccord Genuity.

The company noted shares under the new program will be sold periodically at Canaccord’s discretion, subject to B HODL’s internal Bitcoin market net asset value criteria.

The new shares are expected to be admitted to the Access segment of the AQSE Growth Market on or around September 8th. 

Following admission, B HODL expects its issued and voting share capital to total 139,981,691 ordinary shares.

B HODL is a UK-listed company focused on maintaining a Bitcoin treasury and deploying a portion of its holdings through the Lightning Network. 

When the company entered the public market, it reported that Blockstream CEO Adam Back owned approximately 25.53% of its shares. 

CoinCorner and Rise Investments were also among the company's early investors.
