
Capital B announced the acquisition of an additional four Bitcoin for approximately €0.26 million, increasing the company’s total holdings to 3,139 Bitcoin as part of its ongoing Bitcoin treasury strategy.

According to the company, the latest purchase was completed at an average price of €64,989 per Bitcoin.
Capital B stated that its aggregate Bitcoin holdings were acquired for approximately €283.8 million at an average acquisition cost of €90,418 per Bitcoin.
The company reported a BTC Yield of 1.85% year-to-date and 1.12% quarter-to-date, alongside a BTC Gain of 52.2 Bitcoin year-to-date, 32.4 Bitcoin quarter-to-date, and a BTC € Gain of €3.3 million year-to-date.
Capital B stated that the acquisition was funded through the final completion of capital increases conducted under its “ATM-type” agreement with TOBAM.
The company issued 384,820 new ordinary shares at an average subscription price of €0.63 per share, raising approximately €242,825.
According to the filing, Swissquote Bank Europe SA executed the Bitcoin acquisition and was entrusted with custody of the assets through infrastructure provided by Swiss technology company Taurus.
The company said the BTC Yield metric reflects the percentage change over time in the ratio between total Bitcoin holdings and fully diluted shares outstanding.
