Strategy disclosed that it acquired 855 Bitcoin for approximately $75.3 million using ATM offering proceeds, increasing total holdings to 713,502 Bitcoin.

According to a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 2nd, the company acquired 855 Bitcoin between January 26th and February 1st for an aggregate purchase price of $75.3 million, inclusive of fees and expenses.
The average purchase price was $87,974 per Bitcoin.
As of February 1st, Strategy held a total of 713,502 Bitcoin, acquired for approximately $54.26 billion at an average cost basis of $76,052 per coin.
Strategy continued to execute its Bitcoin acquisition strategy using proceeds from its at-the-market (ATM) equity offering programs.
During the same period, the company sold 673,527 shares of its Class A common stock (MSTR), generating $106.1 million in net proceeds. No sales were reported for the company’s preferred equity instruments (STRF, STRC, STRK, or STRD) during the period.
As of February 1st, Strategy reported available issuance capacity of approximately $8.06 billion under its MSTR ATM program and more than $3.62 billion under its STRC program.
The company also announced an adjustment to the dividend rate of its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock (STRC).
Effective February 1st, the regular annual dividend rate increased from 11.00% to 11.25%.
In addition, Strategy’s board declared a cash dividend of $0.9375 per share on STRC, payable on February 28th to stockholders of record as of February 15th.
The company expects the dividend to be treated as a non‑taxable return of capital for U.S. federal income tax purposes, subject to individual shareholder circumstances.
Strategy, co-founded by Michael Saylor, remains the largest publicly traded company by reported Bitcoin holdings.
