
Strategy has acquired 13,390 more Bitcoin for approximately $1.34 billion, according to a May 12th SEC filing detailing purchases made between May 5th and May 11th.
The latest acquisition raised the firm’s total Bitcoin holdings by 2.4%, now standing at 568,840 Bitcoin bought for roughly $39.4 billion — averaging $69,287 per coin.
The recent buys came at an average price of $99,856 per Bitcoin, just as Bitcoin rose above $100,000 on May 8th.
In a May 12th post on X, Michael Saylor stated that Strategy has now reached its 2025 Bitcoin yield goal.

He noted that the firm’s Bitcoin yield has climbed to 15.5%, measuring the change in the ratio between Bitcoin holdings and assumed diluted shares.
