Strategy Inc. has increased its Bitcoin holdings with the purchase of 22,337 Bitcoin for approximately $1.57 billion.

According to a company disclosure, the purchases were made between March 9th and March 15th, 2026, at an average price of about $70,194 per Bitcoin.
Following the transaction, Strategy reported total holdings of 761,068 Bitcoin.
The company stated that its cumulative purchases were made for roughly $57.61 billion at an average cost of approximately $75,696 per coin.
The latest purchases were financed through Strategy’s ongoing at-the-market capital programs.
During the same period, the company raised approximately $1.576 billion through the sale of securities.
About $1.18 billion came from issuances of its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch preferred stock (STRC), while roughly $396 million was raised through sales of its Class A common stock (MSTR), representing roughly a 3:1 funding split between STRC and MSTR.
According to company disclosures, proceeds from the STRC issuance were used to acquire approximately 16,816 Bitcoin during the week at an average price of about $70,000 per coin.
That purchase volume was about six times the company’s four-week average and roughly three times the previous weekly record for acquisitions funded through STRC.
