
Strive purchased 1,375 Bitcoin for approximately $109 million between August 31st and September 4th, bringing its total holdings to 24,531 Bitcoin, according to a September 8th regulatory filing.

The average purchase price was $79,281 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses.
The acquisition increased the company’s Bitcoin holdings by approximately 5.9% from the previous week’s balance of 23,156 Bitcoin.
Strive’s Bitcoin holdings were valued at approximately $1.96 billion, based on a Bitcoin price of $79,809 on September 4th.
SATA, Strive’s variable-rate perpetual preferred stock, accounted for 70% of the capital raised during the week, according to the company.
Its outstanding notional value reached $999 million. The filing listed approximately 10 million SATA shares outstanding, an increase of 921,511 shares over the reporting period.
Strive also disclosed an increase in its combined Class A and Class B common shares outstanding, which rose by approximately 1.67 million to 94.93 million.
The filing provided updates on cash, Bitcoin, and preferred stock investments.
Cash and cash equivalents increased by $19.1 million to $202.6 million, while Strive’s investment in Strategy’s STRC preferred stock remained at 505,000 shares.
That investment had a reported fair value of approximately $49.4 million as of September 4th.
