The purchase increased the company's holdings to 35,595 Bitcoin, up from 32,773 a week earlier.
A company graphic from Strive Chairman and CEO Matt Cole’s X post valued the total holdings at about $2.97 billion, based on a Bitcoin price of $83,332 as of 4 p.m. ET on October 13th.
Holders exercised 273,493,909 traditional warrants over the same two days, covering 13,674,703 shares of Class A common stock, the filing showed.
Strive expects the exercises to generate about $369.2 million in gross proceeds.
Cole reported that 13.7 million of the 15.3 million remaining warrants were exercised, bringing the share of traditional warrants exercised to 94% in aggregate.
Based on the filing's figures, each share required 20 warrants, which works out to roughly $27 per share.
Strive disclosed that no traditional warrants issued in its PIPE, or private investment in public equity, transaction remained outstanding as of the close of business on October 13th.
That date was the expiration deadline Cole had flagged in a post the previous week.
Cole also put Strive's amplification ratio at 47%.
