The purchase increased the company's holdings to 43,000 Bitcoin, up from 36,818 as of October 16th.
Strive Chairman and CEO Matt Cole put the cost at $511.4 million in an October 26th X post, which also reported a $187.7 million rise in cash and marketable securities to $554.6 million.
The filing showed $504.4 million in cash and cash equivalents as of October 23rd, up from $317.5 million a week earlier.
Strive's 505,000 shares of Strategy's STRC preferred stock were valued at $50.2 million, compared with $49.3 million on October 16th.

Strive also filed a prospectus supplement on October 26th for an at-the-market offering of up to $1 billion of its 15.00% Series A Perpetual SATS Preferred Stock.
An at-the-market program lets a company sell shares gradually on the open market at prevailing prices, rather than all at once in a single fixed-price offering.
Strive signed the sales agreement with seven agents, including Cantor Fitzgerald, Barclays, and Clear Street.
Any new shares will carry the same terms as the 7 million SATS shares already outstanding, which Strive issued in an initial public offering that closed on October 20th.
SATS accrues dividends at an annual rate of 15% on its $100 stated amount, payable each business day beginning November 9th when declared by the board.
At the IPO closing, Strive added an amount covering the first 18 months of SATS dividends, equal to $22.50 per share, to its dividend reserve.
SATS last traded at $94.88 on October 23rd, the supplement noted.
Strive may use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including Bitcoin purchases, working capital, income-generating assets, preferred dividends, and repurchases of its Class A common stock or SATA preferred stock.
