Strive purchased 3,311 Bitcoin between October 5th and October 9th at an average price of about $84,500 per Bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses, according to a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on October 13th.

The purchase raised the company's holdings to 32,773 Bitcoin, up from 29,462 a week earlier.

At the reported average price, the purchase works out to roughly $280 million.

Strive Chairman and CEO Matt Cole reported in an October 13th X post that $208 million in warrants were exercised during the week.

Shares underlying Strive's traditional warrants fell by 7,993,806 to 15,255,900, the filing showed.

Cole noted that the roughly 15.3 million remaining warrants were set to expire at 5 p.m. ET on October 13th.

In a separate filing dated October 12th, Strive disclosed that it amended the certificate of designation for SATA, its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock.

The amendment sets a minimum sale price of $100 per share for all future SATA sales, before underwriting discounts, commissions, fees, and expenses.

The change turns a previously announced policy into a binding restriction, a step Cole described as "formalizing the protection."

The amendment also removed weekends from the list of excluded days in SATA's definition of a business day.

Strive explained that the change would allow daily dividends on Saturdays and Sundays if regulators, Nasdaq, and the Depository Trust Company permit it, though it does not expect a near-term change to its dividend schedule.

The board kept SATA's annual dividend rate at 13% for November, paying $0.0571 per share daily across 19 business days for a total of $1.0849 per share.

SATA shares outstanding rose by 532,094 to 14,030,176 during the week, while Class A common shares increased by 9,461,103 to 101,169,907.

Cash and cash equivalents climbed to $310.3 million as of October 9th, up from $284.7 million a week earlier.

Strive continued to hold 505,000 shares of STRC, the perpetual preferred stock issued by Strategy, with a fair value of $50.3 million.
