Capital B acquired four Bitcoin for approximately €0.27 million, or about €67,010 per Bitcoin, according to a press release the company published on September 14th.

The purchase brings Capital B's total Bitcoin holdings to 3,525 Bitcoin.

The company has now spent a combined €309.7 million on its Bitcoin position, at an average cost of €87,854 per Bitcoin.

BTC Yield, a metric that tracks growth in Bitcoin held per share, reached 2.19% year to date.

Sats per Share, a measure of Bitcoin exposure per fully diluted share, stood at 7,368 satoshis.

Capital B funded the purchase through an at-the-market capital increase with TOBAM, a Paris-based asset management firm, raising approximately €0.25 million by issuing 44,227 new shares at €5.64 apiece.

Swissquote Bank Europe executed the acquisition and serves as sole custodian for Capital B's Bitcoin, with custody technology supplied by Taurus, a digital asset infrastructure provider.

Capital B's total Bitcoin holdings were valued at approximately €236.6 million as of September 14th, based on figures the company reported.

Adam Back is among Capital B's supporters, having previously subscribed to the company's B-04 convertible bonds.

Capital B, formerly known as The Blockchain Group, describes itself as Europe's first Bitcoin Treasury company and has stated a goal of holding 1% of Bitcoin's total supply by 2033.
