
Strive purchased 469 Bitcoin for approximately $36.6 million between September 8th and 11th, bringing its total holdings to 25,000 Bitcoin, according to a Form 8-K the company filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 14th.
Strive acquired an additional 469 $BTC for $36.6M at an average cost of $77,954 per bitcoin, bringing total holdings to ₿25,000.

The company paid an average price of about $77,954 per Bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses, the filing disclosed.
Strive valued the resulting 25,000 Bitcoin position at roughly $1.93 billion, based on a price of $77,264 per Bitcoin as of 4 p.m. EST on September 11th.
Strive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Matt Cole said in the post that the entire purchase was funded by proceeds from SATA, the company's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock.
He noted SATA has surpassed $1 billion in notional shares outstanding.
Cole added that the transaction raised what the company calls its amplification ratio to 53.5%.
Strive reported $204.2 million in cash and cash equivalents as of September 11th, an increase of $1.6 million during the period, according to the filing.
The purchase builds on a treasury that stood at 24,531 Bitcoin before this acquisition, continuing a buying pattern Strive has maintained through 2026.
