Exordium has signed a Letter of Intent with ANAP Holdings to collaborate on the publication of a new premium mobile game for the global market.

Under the LOI, ANAP is expected to provide approximately ¥1.6 billion, or about $10 million, in Bitcoin or cash to support the project.

The companies plan to establish the development, publishing, and operational structure for the game through a formal joint business agreement.

Exordium said it will lead the business planning and development strategy for the new space-themed mobile title.

Its responsibilities include market research, coordination with content partners, promotion strategy, and work related to intellectual property licensing.

ANAP is expected to support the project from a financial and strategic perspective. Funding is set to begin once the companies move from the LOI stage into a finalized business agreement.

Samson Mow, Director of Exordium, is leading development of the project.

ANAP President Rintaro Kawai cited the project’s Bitcoin-sector backing, Mow’s experience in gaming and Bitcoin, and its potential to advance Bitcoin adoption through a new game-based economic community as reasons for the company’s support.

Mow added that the partnership also supports Exordium’s broader work on Infinite Fleet, the company’s space-themed MMO project.

“With this strategic partnership with ANAP Holdings, we have further strengthened the foundation for bringing Infinite Fleet to even more players. Our goal is to realize an MMO in which, against the infinite backdrop of space, each and every player can truly make an impact on the world,” Mow said.

Exordium said the companies are targeting the mobile and console gaming market, citing global in-app purchase revenue of approximately $81 billion in 2024.

The company also said strategy games accounted for roughly $18 billion of that revenue, with the segment projected to reach $35 billion by 2033.

The LOI marks the beginning of the collaboration, with the companies expected to finalize the joint business agreement, continue development planning, and prepare the operational framework for a global launch.

Additional details about the game are expected to be released as the project develops.
