H100 Group AB ($H100, $GS9, $HOGPF) announced the acquisition of 21 Bitcoin as part of its Bitcoin Treasury Strategy.

The purchase was made at an average price of SEK 1,087,519 per Bitcoin, for a total of approximately SEK 22.8 million. 

Following the transaction, the company reports holding about 1,046 Bitcoin in total.

“H100 Group ($H100, $GS9, $HOGPF) has purchased an additional 21 Bitcoin at an average price of SEK 1,087,519 per Bitcoin. Total Bitcoin holdings: 1,046 Bitcoin,” the company stated.

H100’s Bitcoin strategy has also received support from Adam Back, CEO of Blockstream and an early Bitcoin developer, who has described Bitcoin as “digital gold.” 

The company notes that this perspective is consistent with its own long-term approach to treasury management.

H100 Group AB is a Swedish health technology company listed on NGM Nordic SME. 

It operates in the health and longevity sector, developing automation tools, digital platforms, and AI-based solutions intended to support providers of health and lifestyle services.

The company states that its strategy involves both internal product development and acquisitions of other businesses to expand its service offerings.
