Strategy, the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, expanded its reserves last week with another purchase.

According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, the company bought 850 Bitcoin for approximately $99.7 million during the week ending September 21st, 2025. 

The acquisition was made at an average cost of $117,344 per coin, coinciding with Bitcoin’s climb to multiweek highs above $117,000 following the Federal Reserve’s first interest rate cut of the year.

The latest purchase brings Strategy’s total Bitcoin balance to 639,835 Bitcoin, accumulated at an average price of $73,971 per coin for an overall acquisition of $47.3 billion.

The firm also reported a year-to-date Bitcoin Yield of 26.0% in 2025, underscoring its ongoing strategy of using corporate reserves to accumulate and hold the asset.
