Strategy Acquires 397 Bitcoin Worth $45.6 Million

Strategy bought 397 Bitcoin for $45.6 million, raising its total holdings to 641,205 Bitcoin and a 26.1% year-to-date gain.

Strategy disclosed the purchase of 397 Bitcoin valued at approximately $45.6 million, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission released Monday.

Strategy has acquired 397 BTC for ~$45.6 million at ~$114,771 per bitcoin and has achieved BTC Yield of 26.1% YTD 2025. As of 11/2/2025, we hodl 641,205 $BTC acquired for ~$47.49 billion at ~$74,057 per bitcoin. $MSTR $STRC $STRK $STRF $STRD https://t.co/gEuzDaloRb

The Bitcoin was purchased at an average price of $114,771 per coin, bringing Strategy’s total holdings to 641,205 Bitcoin.

The company has acquired these holdings for approximately $47.49 billion at an average cost of $74,047 per Bitcoin.

Strategy also reported a year-to-date increase of 26.1% in the value of its Bitcoin holdings.

The company’s latest purchase follows an earlier acquisition of 390 Bitcoin worth $43.3 million, bringing its total for October to 778 Bitcoin.
