
The Smarter Web Company announced the purchase of an additional 25 Bitcoin as part of its ongoing treasury strategy under its “10 Year Plan,” increasing the company’s total holdings to 2,830 Bitcoin.

According to the announcement, the company acquired the Bitcoin at an average price of £59,995 per coin, representing a total purchase value of approximately £1.5 million.
Following the acquisition, The Smarter Web Company stated that its cumulative Bitcoin purchases now total roughly £230.2 million, with an average acquisition price of £81,354 per Bitcoin.
The company also reported a quarter-to-date BTC Yield of 13.86%, a metric it uses to measure the percentage change in the ratio of Bitcoin holdings relative to fully diluted shares outstanding.
Separately, The Smarter Web Company disclosed that total borrowings under its Coinbase strategic credit facility have increased to £16 million following the latest purchase, representing an approximate leverage ratio of 10.37%.
The company stated that the terms of the facility remain unchanged, with the loan secured against its Bitcoin holdings and carrying a variable interest rate between 6.75% and 7.25%.
One day earlier, the company announced a subscription agreement update involving the placement of 2,345,900 ordinary shares, generating gross proceeds of approximately £923,181 before expenses.
The shares were issued at approximately £0.39 per share under an agreement first announced in December 2025.
The Smarter Web Company stated it has accepted Bitcoin as a form of payment since 2022 and continues integrating Bitcoin into its treasury strategy alongside its web design, development, and online marketing business operations.
