Strategy disclosed that it acquired an additional 535 Bitcoin between May 4th and May 10th for approximately $43.0 million, according to a Form 8-K filing submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company reported an average purchase price of roughly $80,340 per Bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses. 

Following the latest acquisition, Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings increased to 818,869 Bitcoin acquired for approximately $61.86 billion at an average purchase price of about $75,540 per coin.

The filing stated that the purchases were funded using proceeds from the company’s at-the-market (ATM) equity offering program. Strategy also reported a 9.4% BTC Yield year-to-date in 2026.

Most of the capital raised during the reporting period came from sales of Strategy’s Class A common stock (MSTR). 

The company disclosed sales of 231,324 MSTR shares, generating approximately $42.9 million in net proceeds.

Strategy additionally reported a small issuance of its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock (STRC), with 1,412 shares sold for approximately $0.1 million in proceeds.

As of May 10th, the company reported approximately $26.35 billion remaining under its MSTR ATM issuance capacity and roughly $19.46 billion remaining under its STRC program.
