Company founder and chairman Michael Saylor announced the moves in a November 2nd X post, reporting that Strategy holds 849,327 Bitcoin and $4.9 billion of USD assets.
The company paid $65.5 million for the new Bitcoin, an average of $80,846 each, including fees and expenses.
It funded the purchase by selling 1,178,552 shares of MSTR Class A common stock through its at-the-market program, which lets it issue new stock gradually at market prices.
Those sales raised $164.0 million in net proceeds, with $65.5 million going toward Bitcoin and the remaining $98.5 million added to USD Cash.
Strategy bought back 2,092,035 STRC shares during the week, an average of about $99.52 per share based on the reported totals.
STRC, formally the Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock, is one of several preferred share classes Strategy has issued.
The repurchases were paid for with $208.2 million of USD Cash, which ended the period at $132.7 million.
USD Cash is the portion of Strategy's dollar holdings that management can deploy for broader purposes, such as buying Bitcoin and managing capital.
The separate USD Reserve, which supports preferred dividends and interest on the company's debt, covered $43.4 million in preferred dividends during the week and stood at $4.79 billion.
After the buybacks, $748.6 million remained available under what Strategy calls its digital credit securities repurchase program, which covers its preferred stock.
The company sold no STRF, STRC, STRK, or STRD shares and repurchased no other preferred or common stock, leaving $1.0 billion available under the MSTR buyback program.
Strategy's 849,327 Bitcoin were acquired for an aggregate $64.08 billion, or $75,451 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses.
In a follow-up post, Saylor reported a USD Duration of 3.3 years, down from 3.4 years a week earlier, and noted that STRC's BTC Credit tightened by one basis point to 59.
