The purchase increased the company's holdings to 43,124 Bitcoin, up from 43,000 a week earlier.
Strive Chairman and CEO Matt Cole reported in a November 2nd X post that existing cash covered most of the $10 million purchase.
The filing showed cash and cash equivalents fell by $14 million to $490.4 million over the week.
Cole also disclosed that Strive sold shares through its SATS at-the-market program for the first time, with SATS accounting for all of the week's ATM proceeds.

The SATS program, set up on October 26th, lets Strive sell up to $1 billion of its 15.00% Series A Perpetual SATS Preferred Stock gradually on the open market at prevailing prices.
SATS accrues dividends at an annual rate of 15% on its $100 stated amount, payable each business day when declared by the board.
Strive's assumed fully diluted share count was unchanged at 130,044,690.
Its 505,000 shares of Strategy's STRC preferred stock were valued at $50.1 million, compared with $50.2 million a week earlier.
A company graphic from Cole's post valued the total holdings at $3.31 billion, based on a Bitcoin price of $76,764 as of 4 p.m. ET on October 30th.
