
Strive acquired 1,355 Bitcoin for approximately $107.7 million between September 14th and 18th, according to a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 21st.

The company paid an average price of $79,475 per Bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses, the filing showed.
The purchase lifted Strive's total Bitcoin holdings to 26,355 Bitcoin, up from 25,000 Bitcoin the week before.
Strive Chairman and CEO Matt Cole disclosed in the same post that warrant exercises, which began last week, generated $21.2 million in gross proceeds.
Including those proceeds, Cole stated that 57.7% of Strive's total capital raised has come from SATA stock, the company's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, which pays holders a daily cash dividend.
Strive's cash position rose to $229.6 million as of September 18th, up from $204.2 million a week earlier, according to the filing.
Traditional warrant shares outstanding fell to 25,810,455 from 26,596,010 over the same period, while SATA shares outstanding rose by 786,194 to 11,184,160, the filing showed.
The purchases continue a funding pattern Strive has followed through 2026, raising capital mainly through SATA stock sales and warrant exercises rather than new Class A common stock.
