
Strive purchased 79 Bitcoin between August 10th and August 14th for approximately $5 million, according to a regulatory filing released Monday.

The average price was $63,231 per Bitcoin, including fees and expenses. The transaction increased the company’s holdings from 20,167 Bitcoin to 20,246 Bitcoin.
As of August 14th, Strive had $154.8 million in cash and cash equivalents, down $100,000 from the previous week.
It also held 505,000 shares of Strategy Inc.’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock, traded as STRC.
Strive held 505,000 STRC shares valued at $47.86 million, down from $47.98 million the previous week.
Class A common shares outstanding rose by 597,150 to 76.24 million, while the Class B total remained at 9.79 million.
Combined, the two classes accounted for 86.04 million effective common shares. The filing did not indicate whether the issuance of additional Class A shares was related to the Bitcoin purchase.
Including options and unvested employee awards, Strive calculated its fully diluted share count at 89.30 million. That measure excludes 26.60 million shares underlying traditional warrants.
The company also had 7.83 million shares of its Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock, traded as SATA.
Strive uses Bitcoin as part of its corporate treasury strategy. Its regulatory disclosures identify Bitcoin price volatility, changes in regulation and potential shareholder dilution among the associated risks.
