The company acquired the Bitcoin between July 20th and July 24th at an average price of approximately $65,723 per coin, including fees and expenses, according to a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Strive held 19,921 Bitcoin before the transaction.
Cash and cash equivalents declined by $3.4 million during the week to $154 million.
Strive also continued to hold 505,000 shares of Strategy Inc.’s STRC preferred stock, whose reported fair value increased by $808,000 to $43.879 million.
Strive’s combined Class A and Class B common shares increased by 430,000 to 84,099,973.
Its assumed fully diluted share count rose by the same amount to 86,694,972.
An additional 26,596,510 shares underlying traditional warrants were excluded from that calculation.
Outstanding SATA preferred shares remained unchanged at 7,829,502.
