The Smarter Web Company (AQUIS: SWC | OTCQB: TSWCF) has acquired an additional 275 Bitcoin for £21.88 million as part of its long-term treasury strategy, known as “The 10 Year Plan.” 

With this latest addition, the firm’s total Bitcoin reserves now stand at 1,275 Bitcoin, valued at over £100 million.

This recent buy was executed at an average price of £79,563 per Bitcoin, raising the company's total average acquisition cost to £78,516. 

The firm reports a 31,263% year-to-date BTC yield on its treasury, alongside a 30-day yield of 497%.

“Since 2023 The Smarter Web Company has adopted a policy of accepting payment in Bitcoin,” the company noted. 

“The Company believes that Bitcoin forms a core part of the future of the global financial system and as the Company explores opportunities through organic growth and corporate acquisitions is pioneering the adoption of a Bitcoin Treasury Policy into its strategy.”

A web development and digital marketing provider, the company began taking Bitcoin payments in 2023 and has since integrated Bitcoin into its broader financial roadmap. 

It retains approximately £31 million in cash earmarked for further Bitcoin acquisitions.

The company formalized its Bitcoin-centric strategy in April 2025 through the rollout of its 10 Year Plan. 

Soon after, it debuted on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market on April 25th, 2025, raising up to £2 million from both institutional and retail investors. 

The IPO included access via the Winterflood Retail Access Platform (WRAP), allowing UK retail investors to participate with as little as 500 euros.
