The purchase was supported by a €0.4 million capital increase completed at €0.65 per share under the company’s at-the-market (ATM) agreement with TOBAM, resulting in the issuance of 683,093 new ordinary shares.
Following the transaction, Capital B’s total Bitcoin holdings are valued at approximately €270.5 million, with an average acquisition price of €91,924 per Bitcoin.
Capital B reported a year-to-date BTC Yield of 1.61%, alongside a BTC gain of 45.4 Bitcoin and a BTC € gain of approximately €3.0 million.
The firm uses these internal metrics to track changes in Bitcoin holdings relative to its share base, rather than as traditional financial performance measures.
The acquisition was carried out by Swissquote Bank Europe SA, with custody handled through Taurus, as part of the company’s broader Bitcoin treasury strategy aimed at increasing Bitcoin per fully diluted share over time.
The company’s investor base includes a combination of institutional firms and Bitcoin-focused participants, including Fulgur Ventures, TOBAM, and early Bitcoin contributor Adam Back.
